I first visited #BrokenHill in 2002 and have returned many times since then. ilovebrokenhill.com will help you discover what's great about this historic mining city, where in the mid 1880's the line of lode, a rich ore body of silver, lead and zinc was found. You will find stories about anything related to Broken Hill.

  1. I'm spending the week working at the BH hospital. I went to the art opening and sent an email about your coverage of the BH synagogue. I visited it today and when I signed the visitor book your name was the last left. Nearly met you. Anyway keep it up. I go back to Tassie on Wednesday.

  2. Thanks for getting in touch Laurence. Too bad we didn't meet at the Synagogue. What a fascinating 'museum' (Heritage Listed) headquarters of the Broken Hill Historical Society. Wish I had more time there but I'll be back. The lady Margaret Price who works there is passionate and very knowledgeable about Broken Hill's history. I appreciate your support of my blog and encouragement. It means a lot to receive reader's acknowledgement. Broken Hill has so much to see. I hope you enjoy your stay.
